"Look At Me" selected for show!

My recent painting, "Look At Me" was selected for the Beverly Art Competition and Exhibit. I am extremely excited and honored to be included in this exhibit!!

The reception is November 5th, from 7-9pm for anyone in the Chicago area. Yea! Now I'm off to celebrate :)

Congratulations! Well deserved! I love all those bows!! And the colors are gorgeous.

I had to mention you, with your link, in my post today, because I painted a ribbon (not successfully, I admit) and yours are so beautifully painted. I admire your work!

PS - blogger has a comment setting where you comment and can still see the post - I changed my blog to this a few months ago. I love it because you can see the picture when you are commenting, which is very helpful when referring to a detail!

Hi MY Interior Life! There are LOTS of great openings the 5th, several I would love to see in the "River North" gallery district. Also "SOFA" is going on this weekend which may be why you are coming to town?? But so much to see and do!! Email me if you need any directions to these areas. I am so happy you stumbled on my blog!!
