I have a bomb from almost a year ago... I have not been able to go back and address the tragedy. The crazy part was I felt as if this one was truly going to paint itself.
ReplyDeleteArgh.
Love the bag.
We ALL bomb at times... congrats for the courage to share your failures as well as your successes. Your work is VERY COOL.. I love it ! very unique and creative ! Way to go, Karen
ReplyDeleteAren't those bombs so tragic to live with! :) I have several tucked away in a closet that I too apparently think might somehow salvage themselves. Why can't we just throw them away!! :) Thanks Jennifer! :)
ReplyDeleteHi Sandy, thank you for visiting my blog! Thank you also for your super generous compliments on my paintings!!
Karen, you crack me up - your art is awesome, girl. I second Sandy's comments - artists are so brave and some (you) are more courageous than most!!
ReplyDeleteMy bombs are affectionately called 'opportunities for learning' and are sent to Mr. T (table saw) to inspire a more abstracted piece...see my latest post. Bwa-ha-ha-ha!
